How to upload multiple image-files?

Upload content

In theItems page iconItems manager, click the arrow next toAdd together new items select Simple import. Choose from one of the post-obit upload options:

Check for errors

The Asset Quality alarm column in your dashboard will give you an indication of the quality of your metadata and make suggestions for comeback. Metadata quality is important for the discoverability of your collection:

  • Expert: no action required
  • Needs Improvement: asset requires improvement of metadata to increase discoverability
  • Poor: nugget has important fields incorrect/missing

Nugget Quality warnings won't cake yous from uploading assets but should be resolved before publishing.

​Warning details and how to improve them:

  • Missing properties: The more detailed and comprehensive information yous are able to provide, the easier it will be for users to search for and discover your content, and the more engaged they volition get with your site and exhibits.
    • Creator: including this data is strongly recommended and will increase discoverability of your items on Creator pages.
    • Appointment Created: providing this information is strongly recommended to be able to use site features such as organizing your collection by time.
    • Description: providing a description is strongly recommended as it will increase discoverability of your collections through tags.
    • Movement: providing movement information where relevant is recommended and will increase discoverability of your items on Movement pages.
    • Medium: providing movement information where relevant is recommended and will increase discoverability of your items on Medium pages.
  • Issues with titles:
    • Titles should not include metadata meant for other fields (dates, unique identifiers) as this will exist publicly visible along with the item.
    • Titles should be between 5 and 100 characters.
  • Issues with translations:
    • If you accept included metadata in an incorrect language, you should consign the data to CSV and re-import information technology with the correct language code. See instructions hither.
  • Issues with image size: Images that are likewise modest are problematic as zooming is encouraged. Meet image specifications here.
  • Repetition of information:
